Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your hair care experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Download and print the label to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
